Dear Kevin, 

Thank you for meeting with the Board of Directors on August 22, 2024. The discussion around 
amenity usage and infractions was a necessary one. 

 

There are no contracts with the Association for coaching or teaching residents or non-residents in 
place. Moreover, there are no TCCSA-approved or contracted vendors coaching or teaching 
lessons of any kind on HOA property. 

 

Consequently, you are directed to do the following: 

1. Immediately cease and desist all use of TCCSA’s courts for lessons for or by any non-
residents. 
2. Immediately cease and desist providing access for non-residents to TCCSA’s courts. 
3. Immediately remove all mention of TCCSA’s courts, including the address, from social 
media, Facebook, and anywhere else it is published, online or offline. 
4. In order to provide lessons to TCCSA residents ONLY (no non-residents or guests 
permitted): 


-A club application must be submitted and approved by the Board 

-If the club application is approved, a complete roster of members must be provided to the 
manager on a quarterly basis, including the names, addresses & contact information of 
anyone taking lessons 

-Club re-sanctioning is required on an annual basis 

NOTE: Membership in a club is limited to TC residents only 

5. Club members, and any TCCSA residents taking lessons, must have a court key issued in 
their name as well as a signed liability waiver on file. The TCCSA digital liability waiver is 
provided by the manager. 
6. Kevin Clark must abide by all TCCSA rules at all times and remain in good standing. 



7. Should noncompliance occur, there will be immediate suspension of household amenity 
access for a minimum of 60 days. If after the 60-day suspension period another violation is 
committed, the Board of Directors will consider additional actions.
